Here is what you can expect by the end of the course: • Shift your mindset to expect peace and pleasure in pregnancy and birth. • Clear past traumas surrounding pregnancy and birth! • Create your dreaam birth team in whatever location you feel safe. • Write a Pregnancy Plan that works! • Write a Birth Plan that you can experience and manifest. • Feel prepared for labor, delivery, and postpartum rest. • Have resources and the mental clarity to take charge of your health and your babies health. • Know how to help your husband effectively support you in labor and birth. Assigned Readings will be: What to Create When You're Creating: A Guide to Experiencing a Pleasurable Pregnancy and Birth by Kristi Dugan (Free ebook included) Course includes: This course is designed for couples. The mother only, may take the course, but it would be more helpful if the husband is also participating. You will receive 1 free session with me per participant or couple, plus the ability to text, message or video chat with me to answer questions or concerns. We will focus on answering questions, discussing chapters read each week. Creating and improving pregnancy and birth plans, discovering how you want support from your husband and helping him to support you effectively, nutrition and movement to help you have a safe and ideal birthing situation and how to avoid unnecessary medical interventions.
